1. TRAINING
1.1- Post Graduate Training
1.1.1 Masters in Hospital Management
a) Specialisations in following areas: Human resource, Biomedical, Food and Beverages, Critical Care Services, Quality Assurance
1.1.2 Executive Program - Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital Management
1.2 - Short Courses and Specialised Modules
Various short courses will be formulated as part of the proposed collaboration with the Nuffield Center, University of Leeds. These will be part of the Masters course but will also be offered as independent short courses.
1.3 - In service Training
Courses will be offered to existing health care workers working in the health industry and interested in enhancing their skills and competencies through formal training.

2.1 - URBAN HEALTH
2.1.1 Developing a Health Profile for the city of Pune
2.1.2 Understanding gaps in training of Urban Health care workers
2.1.3 Developing a model for emergency medical services in Pune
2.2 - Financial Burden of Health
2.2.1 Understanding the effectiveness of health insurance in reducing financial burden of health
2.2.2 Assessing the impact of unregulated user fee of health interventions on the middle and lower socio economic groups
2.3 - Disease Burden
2.3.1 Collecting and analyzing Data on the effects and impacts of climate change on human health.
2.3.2 Collecting and analyzing Data on the effects and impacts of urbanization on human health
2.3.3 Working in a collaborative Public Private Partnership to monitor and plot the trends and patterns of disease burden in order to strengthen the public health interventions and strategies
3. HEALTH PROMOTION
3.1- Training
3.1.1 Training programs for health care workers to enhance capacity.
3.1.2 Generating human resource capacity in specialised areas. Promoting better standards of curative care through training in patient safety
3.2 - Community Health
3.2.1 School Programs on promotion of community Health using child to child approach
3.2.2 Setting up counseling and guidance cells for large corporations and multinationals in areas of HIV/AIDS, Maternal and child health
3.2.3 Creating a structural system of Public Private Partnership for increasing public access to Primary Health Centers
3.3 - Awareness and Education
3.3.1 Developing awareness material in areas of Public Health such as:
a)Occupational Health
b)Road safety and Trauma
c)Lifestyle induced disorders
d)Ageing and Geriatric Health
3.3.2 Setting up a collaborative program with BVIEER to create social awareness on environment related health and impact of environmental degradation on health
