The center will undertake training for health care staff at three different levels:
- Clinical Staff
- Administrative staff
- Executive
Training for clinical staff will be in the form of nurse and paramedic staff training. Development of "Nurse Managers" is the key focus area in clinical training.
Training for administrative staff will concentrate on the importance of sensitivity and comfort for the patient, patient family and the care takers. Training in this area will also include organisational issues like quality of care and resource utlisation.
The Executive training is mainly to develop managers and leaders for health care organisations.
These training programs will be conducted by way of short courses, Health force development programs and customised programs to suit the needs of individual organisations.
